4.2Investigate, design, consult and deliver protected bike lanes along Kilby Road, Willsmere Road (Earl St to Kilby Rd), Robinson Road and Auburn Road.

Bike lane improvements along Kilby Road and Willsmere Road were completed in July 2024.

This involved Tee intersection treatments along both Willsmere and Kilby Roads, physical separation for one section and a unique chevron line marking treatment for the divided section of Kilby Road.
