Description
The Backyard Biodiversity Project supports our community to create a welcoming environment for our native wildlife by planting indigenous plants in your garden, and including wildlife-friendly elements in your garden.
When you join Backyard Biodiversity you can:
- Attend a series of workshops
- Learn how to turn your garden into a safe haven for animals
- Receive landscape gardening advice from a landscape designer
- Receive free native plants
Please visit the Backyard Biodiversity Project Event Page for more information and to register for the 2023 program.
We are running 2 courses this year. Any Boroondara resident is welcome to join one of these groups, running from early May 2023 over 5 weeks.
Places in this free program are limited, and registration is essential. Registrations close on Sunday 23 April, unless spaces are filled prior.
